Our Return Policy

We happily accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition with tags attached. Please note:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains or odors
  • Original packaging should be included when possible
  • Swimwear (including bikinis and one-piece swimsuits) and bodysuits are final sale and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

Important Note About Exchanges

Due to our limited-edition tropical collections, we cannot guarantee exchange availability. We recommend returning your item for a refund and placing a new order for your desired size or color.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to process your return:

  1. Initiate your return: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return within 15 days of delivery
  2. Wait for approval: Our Oklahoma-based style team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package your items: Securely pack your return in the original packaging if possible
  4. Ship your return: Send your package to our Oklahoma City address using a trackable shipping method

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):

  • International returns should be sent via DHL or FedEx
  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes on returned items
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or return at no cost to you.
