Where do you ship?
We deliver worldwide to most countries! Some remote areas and parts of Asia may have restrictions. If you’re unsure about your location, please email [email protected] before ordering.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two tropical-fresh delivery options:
- Express Tropical Delivery (10-15 days): $12.95 via DHL/FedEx with full tracking
- Island Time Shipping (15-25 days): FREE on orders over $50 via EMS
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. For Express Tropical Delivery, you can track every step with DHL/FedEx. For Island Time Shipping, tracking may be limited depending on your location.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer easy returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Swimwear and accessories are final sale unless defective.
How do I initiate a return?
Email [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return. Our style team will provide return instructions. Please note return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
